Returns Policy

We take our customer happiness seriously and want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. That's why we have a returns policy that allows you to exchange or receive a store credit for full priced items.

Please note that we do not provide refunds.

I've purchased the wrong size, colour or changed my mind - can I return it?

  1. Full-priced items may be arranged within 7 days of purchase for either an exchange or store credit.
  2. Sale & Clearance items are deemed final and are non-returnable – so please choose these carefully.
  3. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on breast pumps & accessories, underwear, nappies, swimwear, earrings, and hair accessories.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unlaundered with labels & tags still attached, and with undamaged packaging, or they will not be accepted. If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, we may not accept your return.
